Fix: Waitlists and preregister

Waitlists apply when capacity is full. If order or promote actions look wrong, verify capacity and booking status.

Tip
Work in order from top to bottom. If nothing here matches, capture the exact error text, URL, time, and account role, then ask your studio owner or Contact with those details.

Waitlist never promotes

  • Confirm a seat opened because a booking cancelled or capacity increased.
  • Reload waitlists after a cancel so the UI shows the new head of queue.

Wrong person at position one

  • Compare join timestamps; older round-one preregister entries should sort ahead unless your workflow changed.

These articles describe the Fitoa product surface. Hosted behaviour also depends on your deployment environment (database, SMTP, Stripe, and signup flags). Your owner or host can confirm values in .env when a panel says something is not configured.
