Fix: Booking classes on the schedule

Booking failures return inline errors from the server action. Read the message literally: full class, duplicate, or past date.

Tip
Work in order from top to bottom. If nothing here matches, capture the exact error text, URL, time, and account role, then ask your studio owner or Contact with those details.

Cannot book or “already booked”

  • Cancel a duplicate reservation in My bookings before booking again.
  • If the class is full, join round one — preregister and watch for promotion when a seat opens.

Class not listed

  • Scroll dates; confirm the studio published a future session in admin Class schedule.
Note
These articles describe the Fitoa product surface. Hosted behaviour also depends on your deployment environment (database, SMTP, Stripe, and signup flags). Your owner or host can confirm values in .env when a panel says something is not configured.
