Fix: Class schedule
Each row is one dated session. If members cannot book or you cannot save, validate the form fields and studio mode.

Work in order from top to bottom. If nothing here matches, capture the exact error text, URL, time, and account role, then ask your studio owner or Contact with those details.

Form will not save
- Title, date, start time, and end time are required; end time must be after start time.
- Pick a date that is not in the past if your studio policy blocks retroactive sessions.
Class missing on member schedule
- Confirm the session date is today or later and status is scheduled.
- Check capacity is greater than zero and location text matches what you expect on public views.
Wrong instructor, time, or duplicate row
- Edit the row from the table action for that class; verify AM/PM on the time picker.
- If you need the same class every week, add one row per date or follow /help/openclaw for OpenClaw-assisted repeats.
Note
These articles describe the Fitoa product surface. Hosted behaviour also depends on your deployment environment (database, SMTP, Stripe, and signup flags). Your owner or host can confirm values in .env when a panel says something is not configured.
