Directory issues are usually search filters, duplicates, or missing profile fields.

Work in order from top to bottom. If nothing here matches, capture the exact error text, URL, time, and account role, then ask your studio owner or Contact with those details.
Cannot find a member
- Search by partial email or name; check for typos when they registered.
- They may have used a different studio if you run more than one brand in the same account.
Manual add fails or duplicates
- Use a unique email per person; merge duplicates carefully before deleting.

These articles describe the Fitoa product surface. Hosted behaviour also depends on your deployment environment (database, SMTP, Stripe, and signup flags). Your owner or host can confirm values in .env when a panel says something is not configured.
